Booking:

• Stillwater Wellness Day Spa reserves the rights to change the prices and treatments at any time.
• 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Please advise of any medical or skin conditions at the time of booking and / or before the treatment.
• Please arrive at the spa 5 to 10 minutes before your booking time. You will be asked to fill out a customer form.
• In case of late arrival, your treatment time may shorten.

Gift vouchers:

• Stillwater Wellness Day Spa gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
• You may choose a same price alternative treatment or upgrade and pay the difference.
• Not redeemable for products or case. This voucher has no monetary value.

Cancellation policy:

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your booking.
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit or the gift voucher forfeited.
